ERMAY LENDING CORP. started out as an informal micro-lending business in Ozamiz City in 2008. In 2016, owners Capt. Eric and May Sheil Rasonable have then formalized the business which offers salary loans, seaman allocation loans, business loans, and pensioner loans.

In its eleven (11) years of operations, ERMAY LENDING CORP. has placed high importance on Transparency. Among the lending institutions in their area, only ERMAY LENDING CORP. provides lenders with Disclosure Statements which detail the fees deducted from their loans. There are no hidden charges since these are all disclosed. Unlike other micro-lending businesses that collect loan payments on a daily basis, ERMAY LENDING CORP. runs with less operational risk as it requires the borrower’s ATM card or post-dated checks as collateral.

Realizing the untapped potential of the market, Capt. Eric and May Sheil Rasonable decided to start franchising Ermay Lending to help their fellow entrepreneurs while also helping Filipinos to achieve their dreams.
